Rafiq Electronics mein hum hamesha koshish karte hain ke aapko best quality products deliver kiye jayen. Agar kisi wajah se aap apne order se satisfied nahi hain, to aap neeche di gayi policy ke mutabiq return/refund request kar sakte hain.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Product sirf tabhi return ya exchange ho sakta hai agar:
- Product damage ya defective ho receive karte waqt.
- Aapko wrong item deliver hua ho.
- Change of mind ki surat me product bilkul original condition me aur unused hona chahiye.
- Product ko receive karne ke 3 din ke andar hamare customer support se contact karna hoga.
2. Conditions for Return
- Product apni original packaging aur condition me hona chahiye.
- Accessories, manuals, warranty cards (agar hon) intact hone chahiye.
- Used, damaged ya tampered products return nahi kiye ja sakte.
3. Refund Policy
- Agar product stock me available hai to replacement kiya jayega.
- Agar replacement available nahi hai to aapko refund milega.
- Refund process ko complete hone me 7 to 10 working days lag sakte hain.
- Refund aapke Bank Transfer ya original payment method ke zariye diya jayega.

- Order number, product details aur issue ki pictures share karein.
- Hamari team verification ke baad return/refund ka process start karegi.
